Working principle
The main working components of the crusher are two dimensional bodies, with the moving push fixed on the main shaft continuously and sequentially along the inner surface of the fixed cone during the crushing and unloading processes. The fixed cone is part of the frame. The centerline and row of the spindle cone. When crushing stone, due to the effect of crushing force, the center lines of the fixed cone intersect at a β angle (about 2 degrees) on the surface of the moving cone. The lower end of the spindle is inserted upwards, generating frictional force that is opposite to the direction of motion of the moving cone. Therefore, in the center bushing, the bushing rotates around the bushing at an eccentric distance, causing the moving cone to form a moment along the main axis, and causing the moving cone to perform a rotational swinging motion on the inner surface of the fixed dimension of the eccentric rotation motion around the axis. At the location close to the fixed cone, there is also a rotational motion in the opposite direction. This rotational motion causes the stone material to be crushed by dynamic compression, bending, and shearing, resulting in a more uniform particle size of the product and uniform wear on the dynamic surface. At the deviation from the fixed dimension, the already broken stone material is compressed, bent, and sheared between the two conical surfaces due to the action of gravity, resulting in carbon fragmentation and falling from the bottom of the cone. The eccentric bushing rotates continuously, and the moving cone also swings continuously. After the material is crushed, it can be discharged freely, so its production capacity is high and power consumption is low.
