　　Brief introduction

　　The bucket sand washing machine is a new type of sand washing equipment independently developed by our company, which is structurally applicable. This product is specially designed for sand units such as sand and quartz sand to improve, wash, grade, and dehydrate. Suitable for sand plants, construction sites, hydropower dams and other sand using units. It has the characteristics of simple structure, easy maintenance, and durability. The novel and applicable structure ensures the efficiency and durability of the product. When the sand and gravel content is too high, it will affect the output of the sand washing machine.

　　Working principle

　　The working mode of this series of sand washing machines is rotary motion type. The motor drives the flange plate, and the lower water head of the bucket sand washing machine is operated through a reducer. The reducer is connected to the bucket sand washing machine through a coupling, which drives the bucket to operate. The sand particles that have been cleaned in the box are shoveled into the bucket through the bucket and then discharged through rotation. As the electric motor continues to rotate, it drives the dustbin to operate periodically and remove sand particles, achieving mass production.
