Our company's sand making process is mainly summarized into four stages: first breaking, second breaking, third breaking, and finally sand washing. The stone material is sequentially fed from the feeder to the jaw crusher, cone crusher, vibrating grading screen, and roller sand making machine from its initial state. In the first three steps, it is crushed into semi-finished products, and finally passed through the sand washing machine and dewatering screen to obtain our finished sand.

　　The first step is to crush the stone material through a jaw crusher. This step can crush the stone material into a basically uniform intermediate material, and then discharge the finished material through the lower discharge port.

　　The second step is to crush the discharged intermediate raw materials into three types of sand materials: coarse crushing, medium crushing, and fine crushing according to demand.

　　The third step is to sieve the sand material in the chest cavity of the cone crusher through a vibrating grading screen. The screened sand material is qualified material, and the large particles on the screen are crushed for the third time by the roller sand making machine to obtain uniform sand material.

　　Finally, qualified sand materials can be passed through a sand washing machine and a dewatering screen to obtain finished sand that meets the requirements.
